Mowsbury Park
The first game of the season saw 23 Dogleg members and 3 guests at a sunny and almost warm Mowsbury.

OUR WINNER - JACK
Jack took his first Dogleg win in fine style with a brilliant 43 points, playing off 17. He will be pleased, I'm sure, to be off 14 at Delapre. Well done Jack. Not sure how old Jack is, but when you look at all the winners from the day it looks like all the Old Dogs will struggle to get a look in!!!
RUNNER UP - Arron
41 points took second spot by Arron, playing off 18, a score that normally would win. Tough luck mate!!
Guest Winner - Aaron
Aaron took the guest prize with a great 38 points playing off a 24 handicap. He has since become a member and will be playing off 18!! Well done Aaron.
Nearest The Pin+ 2 - Craig W.
Craig hit it real close on the Par 3 5th to take the prize for Nearest the Pin. He sunk his putt to win the £26 cash prize. Good start Craig.
Longest Drive - Adam
Longest Drive winner on the 13th was Adam. I watched Ricky hit a monster drive to take the lead, and then saw Adam, in the group behind, hit his ball 30 yards past....BEAST!!!
Nearest the Pin in Two - Tom
Two excellent shots put Tom nearest the pin in 2 on the18th. Tom won 3 events last year and the Order of Merit, Eclectic and Most Improved Player. This is a tough act to follow, but slimline Tom has now acquired a 2 iron and will still be the man to beat!! He has started his defence by posting the first EAGLE of the year on the 8th!!!!!
